RESERVATIONS
To confirm your reservation online, kindly filled up the required Payment Gateway using a valid credit card. Otherwise, please phone 603 4026 6677 or visit our sales office during office hours. A booking fee of USD200.00 per person is required upon reservation. If reservation is made less than 10 days before departure, the whole amount must be paid upon reservation and confirmation. Balance must be made no later than 10 days before departure. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation will be communicated to you.
VALIDITY
All Information and prices are correct as at the time of printing.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellations of the original booking includes any changes at the request of the customer in the tour reservation or departure date, or no show up at the departure time for whatever reason and miss the flight. Cancellation fees may vary during peak periods (public holiday, eve and day after of public holidays and school holidays)
Between 30-15 Days : Deposit Forfeited
Between 14-07 Days : 50 % of Tour Fare
Between 07-01 Days : 75 % of Tour Fare
No Show : 100% of Tour Fare
CANCELLATION NOTICE & RIGHT TO REJECT
Cancellation of confirmed booking at your request must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding and received by the Company to be effective. The company reserves the right to withdraw any itinerary or any bookings made for a client or decline or refuse any person as member of the tour before the commencement of the tour if it appears to the company that any such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of other on the tour. In any of the foregoing events, the company’s sole liability shall be limited to a refund on tour fares paid.
CANCELLATION OF TOURS BY COMPANY
We guaranteed tour departure upon receipt of your full tour payment. At times due to low subscription for a particular tour, the company may choose to cancel the entire tour. In such cases, the company will refund any monies paid by you (provided you have made full payment). The company may, if it chooses, recommend alternative tour preferably to the same destination or other tour to you. Should you decide not to accept the alternative, you will be paid within 14 days.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
Your tour price includes accommodation, airport transfers (if any) and meals (if any), as specified in the tour brochures/itineraries/booking form.
TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES
Your tour price excludes airfare, airport taxes, visa fees, travel insurances, customer user fees, laundry, baggage charges room service, gratuities to drivers and tour leader/ tour guide and tips to hotel porters, and all items of a personal nature, room service.
CHILD FARE Eligibility:
Apply below 12years old and on the date of departure from Malaysia. Child fare is base on sharing a twin room with two adults without an extra bed for the child. If you require extra bed for the child, please arrange with our sales representative who will advise you appropriately including surcharges/ supplements, if any.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is as specified in the tour brochure and / or the booking form. Accommodation for adults is based on sharing twin or double bedrooms at the nominated or similar standard hotels. When booking triple-share rooms, please take note that the third bed may be a ‘rollaway’ bed or sofa bed.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
Single supplement will be charge irrespective of by choice or by circumstance.
PASSPORT AND OTHER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport with the minimum 6 month validity from the date of the last departure point. Relevant visas and vaccination may be required by the various government authorities of the countries to be visited.
AMENDMENT TO FLIGHT/TOURS
Ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to the specified airline only. It is non-negotiable, non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-re routable. A charge will be levied to alternation of the routing or change of date by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. No refund will be made for any unused air ticked.
EXTENSION/DEVIATION STAY
Extension of stay/deviation may be permitted at the end of the tour, subject to maximum validity and restriction of the air confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. All extra costs incurred to process the extension e.g. administration fees will be borne by the tour member. Please note that extension of stay/deviation will be at passengers’ own expenses and transfer to/from airport will not be provided for a package tour.
AMENDEMENT TO TOUR ITINERARY BY COMPANY
The company makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in itinerary. However, the company reserves the right to make minor changes any time without compensation. All changes would be made known to the tour members. Tour member would be given an option of either accepting the modified tour or to cancel the booking in which event the company shall refund any money paid by the tour member.
BAGGAGE
Each passenger is allowed baggage not exceeding 20 kilo. Only one piece of hand luggage is allowed. Excess baggage must be paid locally by passenger. The company is not responsible for hand luggage. All the above is subject to any latest changes by the airlines.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering with respect to your trip/tour. Our staff will be pleased to assist in any travel insurance enquiries.
MODE OF PAYMENT
On Line payment may be can be made with a valid credit cards. In an event when a dispute arise between the credit card issuing bank and the clients with regards to holding up the usage of the card, SST and its participate bank will not be liable for such matter. In good faith, SST have no intention to without the client card but release back the card if the good & service is not taken.
RESPONSIBILITY
Where the company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, do they assume no responsibility for injury, damage accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control. The company is an agent of airline, transport companies etc… and is not liable for changes made by suppliers but will render assistance where ever possible. All ticked, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respect to those terms and condition under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operator, and public carrier managing agent or agents. The company will not be responsible or liable (for damages, refund or otherwise) for: Mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, act of God, Strikes, compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control. The failure of the client to obtain required documentation (e.g. passport, visa, etc…)
NO VARIATION OF CONDITION
These conditions cannot be altered or waived except by written agreement between the passenger and the company.
