Its all about the economy. It was before, its prevailing now and will be crucial in the future. Politics fulfill the democratic culture and practices albeit western style or the Greek style and or the Islamic model. Govt of the people, for the people by the people.
Since the ages, wars fought to dominate countries because of their beliefs and or for the riches and resources. Here political battles are fought to dominate and control the economy ( to protect the economic empire that had been structured and built).
Majority (of the people) already decided whether based on perceptions or social media influences. Executive positions (by the people) will be fulfilled either to lead and bring good with proper skills and knowledge with their professional abilities as against grassroots voices which might stick to the old antigonistic racial based sentiments and practices. Transformation of the way of life and systems will not happen and be successful in a structural form but and unless the human brains are overhauled, cleaned and tranformed. Then only the fruits and benefits (for the people) will be reaped.
Its all about the economy. Political struggle for independence, development (infra and info structure, education), social wellbeing ( medical, social and happiness) , integrity & accountability and transparency are all short term and once achieved will loose its influence and appeal.
And in many countries and cases political processes had been abused to harness wealth by proxy, cronyism and nepotism. To enrich a few and the end justifies the means. (Menghalal kan cara untuk tujuan dan matlamat tertentu - no permanent enemies).
Its all about supply and demand and preparing to satisfy the consideration. Its about turning around consumers to producers. About controlling the supply chain and factors of production (land, technology, human resource (knowledge & skills) and capital. Controlling raw materials, ingredients and procurements. Controlling logistics and the distribution networks and market place ( the borderless world). Controlling the sources of finance and capital for operating and capital expenditures. Its going to be about know how rather than who we know or who knows us.
When and when the majority of the malays dominates the economy and are not only consumers but the same time producers of local & world needs and consumption, their purchasing power will increase, their tithes and charity in abundance and the multiplier effects will definitely determine their success on earth and the hereafter, in sya Allah. And as Muslimin & Muslimat, their purpose of living and dying will be fulfilled and whatever they do is for Allah.
PNB is one strategic initiative through Amanah Saham Bumiputera. A few other initiatives needed to be planned and executed. For the future generation, ADAM can provide one solution. Safety net for Melayu in economy must also be hatched something like Kumpulan Wang Simpanan deducted from profits (can be a form of forced savings and also bail out fund).
A strong economic community can influence politics whilst otherwise might not necessarily be true. Time and time again had proven that because of weak policies, weak implementors and implementation, breach of trust & leakages etc, etc, etc. Wallah hu alam bis shawab.

Asal Usul Monarki Malaysia
a.1948 1 HB Februari British menubuhkan jajahan Koloni Malaya kepada sebuah negara iaitu ,
Persekutuan Tanah Melayu Malaya
The Federation Of Malay States Malaya
FMS Malaya ,
b.Penubuhan FMS Malaya berdasarkan ,
PERJANJIAN PERSEKUTUAN 1948
Iaitu 1 perjanjian dimana ,ditandatangani pada 21 Januari 1948 sebelum penubuhan FMS Malaya,
Penandatangan dokumen perjanjian ini adalah ,
9 RAJA MELAYU ,
3.Berdasarkan Perjanjian Persekutuan 1948 , maka Perlembagaan 1948 diwujudkan ,
JIKA PERJANJIAN PERSEKUTUAN DIBATALKAN 9 RAJA MELAYU PERSEKUTUAN TANAH MELAYU MALAYA ,
MAKA ,
PERJANJIAN MALAYISA 1963 AKAN TERBATAL DENGAN SENDIRINYA ,
PERSEKUTUAN TANAH MELAYU MALAYA AKAN TERPISAH SECARA AUTOMATIK DARIPADA PERSEKUTUAN MALAYSIA
IA KERANA ,
APABILA PERJANJIAN PERSEKUTUAN 1948 DIBATALKAN 9 RAJA MELAYU , MAKA TERBUBARLAH PERSEKUTUAN TANAH MELAYU MALAYA ,
TETAPI ,...
TANAH MELAYU MALAYA ADALAH MILIK MUTLAK 9 RAJA MELAYU ,
DAULAT TUANKU !

Malaysia bukan sebuah negara Republik.
Tahukah anda bahawa Malaysia masih belum tertubuh Kerajaan walaupun seorang Perdana Menteri telah dilantik. Malaysia bukan sebuah negara Republik.

Malaysian politics
Your recent articles on Malaysia contained serious errors and reeked of an arrogant colonial mindset, disparaging our prime minister, government, police, judiciary, election commission, media and even our voters (“Stop, thief!”, “Tilting the playing field”, March 10th).
For example, America’s Department of Justice never accused Najib Razak, the prime minister, of “siphoning” off funds, nor has Mr Najib ever suggested that the funds were a “gift from an unnamed admirer”. In fact, the prime minister and numerous officials have stated that the funds—the vast majority of which were returned—were a donation from the royal family of Saudi Arabia. This has been confirmed by the Saudi foreign minister, who has publicly stated that the funds were “a genuine donation with nothing expected in return” and that the Saudi authorities consider the matter closed.
Separately, to suggest that the redrawing of electoral boundaries to account for population growth is somehow “rigging the system” reveals your double standards for Western countries and the rest of the world. Your allegation would imply that numerous democracies are guilty of the same charge, not least Britain, where significant constituency changes are expected in advance of the next election. In Malaysia these changes were proposed and implemented by the independent Election Commission and subsequently approved by the judiciary, whose impartiality is evidenced by the fact that it frequently rules against the government and senior ministers.
Since Najib Razak took office in 2009, Malaysia’s gross national income has increased by more than 50%, 2.3m jobs have been created, unemployment and inflation have been kept low and poverty reduced significantly. Indeed, the Malaysian economy is growing at such a fast rate that the World Bank had to increase its estimates for our growth three times over 2017, to 5.8%. The government’s plan for the economic well-being and security of Malaysia and its people is delivering.
This is the true story of Malaysia. Your reporting appears to have been based exclusively on falsehoods pushed by opposition parties and their sympathisers for political gain ahead of the coming election.

Eyeing Zahari Awang's take on Past and Present leaders of Malaysia
PAST & FUTURE LEADERS of Malaysia: UMNO was formed and led by Onn Jaafar. The party managed to get recognition by the British, but it was made clear that non-Malays too should be part and parcel of the new country as an independence deal. Thus, Onn Jaafar proposed to the Malays to admit the non-Malays as members, making it like the United Malayan National Organization. But that proposal was rejected by Malays. Therefore, out of frustration and as a matter of principle, he resigned as party President. The vacancy was filled by Tunku Abdul Rahman. After forming an alliance with the Chinese & Indians, Tunku managed to get Malaya for free in 1957. Educated in England, Tunku understood the psychology of the British leaders very well. By being a prince too, he was able to obtain confidence of the Malay Sultans to lead the new country.
The British colonial masters recognized Tunku’s ability to do this job. Such confidence enabled Tunku to enlarge the country from Malaya to become Malaysia in 1963. The British confidence and Sultan’s support have made Tunku as the best person to lead the country when the British left. Tunku retired from Premiership in 1970. He was very honest in holding and doing his job with no material and family interest. The vacancy was filled by Tun Razak in 1970 who worked until he passed away in 1976. That vacancy was then filled by Hussein Onn until his voluntary retirement in 1981. Thus, Tun Razak and Hussein Onn did not have much time to do wonders for the country. They initiated a few projects, but were unable to see the end results. Early leaders were very honest people.
The next leader was Mahathir Mohamed who became PM for 22 years. One of his contributions was to make Malaysia well-known to the world. Another great achievement was in making Malaysia as a Newly Industrialized Country (NIC) since the 1990’s. He ordered the construction of PETRONAS Twin-Tower, KL Tower, Malaysian car (Proton), and building up Putrajaya. Despite such great contributions, Mahathir left behind a few set-backs for the nation. E.g. his conflict with the former Chief of Justice and the circle of Top Judges resulted in the termination of their services. This was described as a capture of the country’s Institution of Justice. Economically, his leadership gave rise to many cronies and millionaires who had close links to himself. Most of the cronies were non-Malays, who helped to finance most of what UMNO wanted to do. Thus, authoritarian approach and crony capitalism was the hallmark of his leadership. Mahathir retired voluntarily in 2003, with Abdullah Badawi as the successor.
Abdullah created two records in history. He scored highest % in getting support of the people in GE-11 (of 2004). Later, he scored the least % support in GE-12 (of 2008). During his time, Abdullah initiated a number of corrections in the practice of government. E.g. the judges who were sacked during the time of Mahathir were compensated. Another example was the cancellation of the Crooked Bridge project between JB & Singapore, already approved by Mahathir. Abdullah also gave due justice to Anwar Ibrahim. This resulted in the latter being freed from jail that started during the time of Mahathir. All these cases appeared as though Abdullah was correcting political mistakes of Mahathir. The consequence was a heavy attack by Mahathir. Attempts to continue his mission were blocked by the poor result of GE-12, the opposition by Mahathir, and the fear of under-performance. Thus, Abdullah vacated his chair in 2009, to be filled by Najib Razak.
Najib took over the leadership of Malaysia with a mission to re-brand UMNO, to launch a few transformation programs, etc. He was determined to bring back 2-third majority in the Parliament. If GE-13 (in 2013) could not happen, then GE-14 (in 2018) will certainly do better. By far, the following projects of Najib are very attractive: – Pan-Borneo Highway (toll-free); Labuan-Sabah Bridge; KB-Bentung Highway (toll-free); ECRL; Exchange 106; Menara-PNB-118; LRT-MRT-Monorails; HSR & RTS; Forest City; Melaka Gateway; Modenized Port Klang; High-Income & Highly Industrialized Country; etc. These are beyond the thinking power of Mahathir, being too old right now.
Department of Statistics says that Malaysia has 69% Malay-Bumiputras now, while Pew Research Center (USA) predicted that by 2050, there will be 72.4% Muslims in Malaysia. But I personally prefer a rounded figure like 75% even before 2050. This should send shock waves to those people in DAP who want to slow down this process. It looks like DAP’s power in Malaysia will not last long. So they need PKR & PAN very badly. PPBM will die together with Mahathir pretty soon. I wish to hear some comments from the followers of DAP, Mahathir & Anwar on this issue. BTW, leaders of industrialized Malaya should continue to fully develop Southern Thailand (next). Later, they should continue to fully develop the area between Singapore and Jakarta, by linking them with higways and railways. Thus, there will be super highways & railways linking Jakarta to Bangkok.

Eyeing Zahari Awang's thoughts and revelations
UMNO-Led GOVERNMENT Beyond 2020:
UMNO-led government STARTED in 1957. It grew-up & became MATURED around 1980-1990. The country started to bear FRUITS with Felda, Petronas, a lot of factories, highways & airports. That led Malaysia to become a newly industrialized country since the 1990’s. Meanwhile, certain people at the top started to pick-up the fruit of success (massively) since then. If the growth is still positive now, then the people will continue to see the benefits & will support the government. But if the perception of the people is negative, then the government will start a period of decline, leading to DEATH. Mahathir, DAP & PKR are praying for the death of the current government. But, I’m going to justify here that UMNO-led government will NOT end in 2018 (with GE-14). Indeed, it should go beyond 2020 to further develop Nusantara & ASEAN.
REASON NO.1 – Malaysia is growing rapidly now with a pace faster than before. Economic growth was very slow soon after the Asian Financial Crisis (in 1998). The stagnation was due to the Capital Control adopted by Mahathir. That resulted in less FDI’s coming into the country. Abdullah Badawi inherited this problem of slow growth & high unemployment, leading to a weak government. That motivated the followers of Anwar to gather momentum by blaming the cruelty of Mahathir as their main reasons. Thus, ill-feeling was felt throughout the 2000’s making UMNO-led government very unpopular. The peak of dissatisfaction was manifested in GE-13. However by now, the sitting government has managed to reverse this trend. The chain reaction was started by PKR, leading to the break-up of PAKATAN, and its subsequent reconstruction.
REASON NO.2 – UMNO-led government now is doing much more than before. Let’s compare Najib versus Mahathir (being the main challenger at the moment). The following simple statistics show that Najib is doing much more than Mahathir:
Mahathir did PLUS-Highway (about 1,000 km long)
Najib is doing Pan-Borneo Highway (about 2,000 km long)
Mahathir built Petronas Tower (about 450 meters tall)
Najib is building Menara-PNB-118 (about 650 meters tall)
Mahathir created a Newly Industrialised Country (in late 1990’s)
Najib is creating a Highly Industrialized Country (by early 2020’s)
Mahathir did not build any railway line
Najib is building LRT, MRT, HSR & ECRL
Mahathir abused ISA, while Najib abolished ISA
Both Mahathir & Najib lost money, but made more money for the country
REASON No.3 – Mahathir is already 92 years old, with a depreciation of some 25%. He has forgotten many things of ethical nature. I can give 10 reasons to support this claims. On the contrary, Najib is just 65 years old, with the right energy & motivation to do more for the people & the country. Further, Mahathir’s image is strongly diminished by DAP, a party with the objective of denying the Malay-Islamic values in the country. The other people who support Mahathir are former cronies & former commanders, but the number is falling down each day. Mahathir’s supporters are living in the world of yesterday, while the Malaysian people are living in the world of tomorrow.
Let’s look at Anwar if he has any value for GE-14. Well, Anwar does not represent an Islamic group anymore. Hijacked by DAP, his Islamic credibility is now as good as none. The remaining Islamic values are the old friends who are still indebted to him because of historical friendship & financial supports. His Islamic struggle has been replaced mostly by PAS. His democratic struggle is slowly becoming irrelevant as the country is more democratic today than yesteraday. His REFORMASI was ideal to combat Mahathirism, but now, Mahathir has jumped into the band-wagon to make it a sheer mockery. Muhyiddin is never a force to reckon with. Support for him is a lot cooler, perhaps, confined to Johore only. But anyway, GE-14 will confirm all these forecasts.
These are signs that NAJIB is set to continue into the 2020’s with more prosperity for the people & the country. Malaysia is set to become a fully developed country in early 2020’s. After that, the focus can be expanded into the nearby ASEAN neighbours, especially Southern Thailand, where 33% (or 3.3 million) of the people are Malay-Muslims, while a lot more people can speak & understand Bahasa. With Bangkok Metro already a fully developed area (like Singapore), linking Malaya to Bangkok will transform Southern Thailand quickly. Please see the attached maps.
Highways & railways will stimulate services & manufacturing industry into the Malay Region of Thailand. Malaysia can facilitate the transformation process. With the proposed canal at the Isthmus of Kra, plus the oil & gas exploration in the Spratlys, this area is potentially great after 2030. Let us develop together the Malay-Muslim people from Singapore right up to Bangkok. Let us transform Singapore-KL-Bangkok axis to become a very prosperous region in ASEAN. PAS & other parties are advised to join in & strengthen this idea. Welcome, Insya Allah.
