Extremely well put. I'd love to be a BIT more blunt, for those who need it written more simply.

Why do Mahathir fans have the shortest memories?... Tun's level of politics are abysmal. Abysmal. Shockingly poor. The worst Prime Minister, in terms of political strength, Malaysia has ever had.

1. It was Mahathir who claimed "PH is clean", while two Senior Cabinet Ministers were plotting with UMNO for an entire year. Let that sink in...

2. It was Mahathir who lost THREE by-elections. The voters didn't believe Mahathir in any way.

3. It was Mahathir who had HIS own party leave PH. No other PH leader failed so horribly.

4. It was Mahathir who brought in a dozen UMNO frogs, who helped dismantle PH and remove Mahathir from his own party.

5. It was Mahathir who failed to pass ICERD & caused mass protests.

6. It was Mahathir who failed to win over the Malay community.

7. It was Mahathir who brought in Maszlee Malik and defended him for two years (!).

8. It was Mahathir who failed to deal with Zakir Naik.

9. It was Mahathir who failed to treat Sabah/Sarawak with respect: "your natural wealth, we cannot return it. Yes, we stole it." Look at PN's maneuvers towards GPS / disaffected Sabahans today.

10. It was Mahathir who claimed he had no need to follow the PH Manifesto.

11. It was Mahathir who failed to reform the IPCMC, MACC, the police, and enacted ZERO Whistleblower Laws. These alone would've stopped PN's reign within one week.

12. It was Mahathir who failed to push for an anti-hopping law, which would've stopped PN's rise (but Mahathir wanted this corrupt tactic for himself: a taste of his own medicine and ruin for the nation).

13. It was Mahathir who failed to admit PH had lost major grassroots support, claiming "I don't follow polls".

14. It was Mahathir who defended Azmin and Muhyiddin at every turn, his own Cabinet Ministers who took advantage of him like he was a child (because he is).

15. It was Mahathir who communicated like a sore loser after GE14 and, no kidding, Najib was far superior in motivating his grassroots supporters.

16. It was Mahathir who appointed Latheefa Koya without Parliament: notice how she's silent as a mouse now, as her "reformed" MACC was a facade. See her latest "Like" on her public Twitter: back to her old friend Azmin and zero words about the current corruption scandals. No comment on Musa? No comment on Riza Aziz? No comment: because Latheefa knows she utterly failed and has lost all credibility. Latheefa Koya was naive as Maszlee Malik, but most of you aren't ready to admit that yet. Give it a year.

17. It was Mahathir who campaigned with Anwar (it was good enough for GE14), but now sees him as a danger.

18. It was Mahathir who refused to clean up the civil service, claiming "all will be spared if we win GE14".

19. It was Mahathir who failed to seriously deal with poverty and instead reduced subsidies and claimed "he was busy". Doing what? Making speeches at the UN? At the Malay Dignity Conference?

It was Mahathir who failed. Look back at EVERY major PH failure: who could've prevented it? Who was stubborn and backwards? What is the connecting line between PN & today's impasse?

Mahathir is, without a doubt, the worst Prime Minister any ruling coalition has ever had. He only remains relevant because many so desperately want to believe the same lies Mahathir tells himself every morning: "It can't be MY fault, kan? Impossible. I'm a natural ruler."

Eyeing NbM's pemikiran 07-08

 Sekadar berkongsi pemikiran saya 01/2020


1. Walaupun kita akan dapat mengatasi wabak ni dengan jayanya in sya Allah, sudah tentu cara hidup kita akan wajib diubah untuk mempastikan wabak saperti dan sekutu dengan nya dapat dikawal dan dielakkan berulang.
A) kebersihan diri
B) kebersihan pakaian
C) kebersihan persikitaran (rumah/premis)
D) kebersihan alam sekitar

Membasmi kuman (disinfectant) dan kebersihan (sanitization) akan menjadi proses normal baru (new normal) untuk kenderaan, rumah, pejabat, kedai, pasaraya, kilang dan tempat awam.

Walaupun alkohol boleh digunakan, sudah tentu ada substitute nya yang "non alcoholic" dan "bleach based".

Satu peluang baru untuk pengusaha adalah perkhidmatan "disinfectant & sanitization" kenderaan, rumah, pejabat, kedai, pasaraya, kilang dan tempat awam.

Hardware
(i) terowong/tunnel body sanitizer
(ii) sistem penyemburan
(iii) ubahsuai kenderaan untuk logistik perkhidmatan
(iv) latihan untuk kakitangan

Software
(i) data dan lokasi pelanggan
(ii) kekerapan / frequency (sekali/dua kali/tiga kali sehari)
(iii) bahan semburan "non alcoholic dan bleach based"

Pandangan diatas boleh dijadikan sebagai satu perniagaan baru untuk usahawan usahawan kita. Sekim peralihan memerlukan dana modal (pembelian asset terowong & peralatan sistem penyemburan & pengangkutan) dan modal pusingan (gaji pekerja, bahan mentah dan kos operasi).

Badan, Ajensi, Instituisi dan organisasi2 yang lain yang ditubuhkan oleh kerajaan sama ada dibawah akta atau tidak atau instrumen2 yang lain mempunyai tanggongjawab untuk melaksana dan mencapai tujuan dan matlamat Kerajaan.

Setiap mereka mempunyai dua badan yang akan bertanggongjawab. Satu lembaga Pengarah atau Ahli Majlis yang diketuai oleh Pengerusi dan kedua nya Pengurusan yang di ketuai oleh Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif atau CEO.

Pengerusi ahli lembaga wajar diwakili oleh ahli Parlimen kerana biasanya kerja kerja badan, ajensi, instituisi akan disoal di dalam Parlimen dan laporan laporan berkanun mereka juga akan dibentang diParlimen begitu juga dengan laporan audit mereka.

Kemajuan dan kejayaan badan, ajensi, instituisi dan organisasi2 itu selalu nya akan bergantung kepada pemisahan kuasa diantara Lembaga dan Pengurusan.

Lembaga menjaga DASAR, kawal dan pantau kemajuan serta pencapaian dan menentukan belanjawan nya, gaji kos dan pembelian asset alih dan tidak alih serta pelaburan dan lain2.

Pengurusan menterjemahkan dasar didalam perlaksanaan dan amanah serta dedikasi penoh didalam mencapai visi, misi tujuan dan matlamat.

Tidak salah orang politik khusus nya ahli parlimen dilantik kebadan badan, ajensi ajensi, insituisi instituisi serta organisasi organisasi Kerajaan. Kerana pertalian nya jelas sebagai ahli parlimen dan laporan badan, ajensi, insituisi dan organisasi itu yang dibentang keParlimen.

Objektif
Menggalak, memelihara dan memudahkan kemajuan industri perfileman

Dimanakah peranan mereka didalam penubuhan Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios diJohor, penubuhan Movies Animation Park Studios (MAPS) diPerak, Projek Entertainment Village (EV) diCyberjaya. Bagaimana dengan fasilitas diStudio Merdeka Jalan Hulu Kelang dan kompleks diJalan Utara, PJ. Hope they play a prominent role in all these initiatives and ventures and how the local industry players can benefit from them.

Actually FINAS should own all the rights for all entertainments or share some incentives from Ananda Krishnan's monopoly. Then from the "cess fund" development of local film industry can be awarded grants and affordable financing facilities to avoid the syariah compliance issues with the banks.

It all boils down to the executive leadership of the organisation. The political elements can persuade on the policies and direction and debating and protecting it in Parliament to secure enough budget allocations.

The Drivers must be honest, sincere, responsible and knows driving the vehicle so that passengers will arrive safely to their destinations.

A proper select committee must conduct proper due deligence on these personalities before they are entrusted with the job whether politicians or professionals.

Internet penetration as percentage of population if studied will reflect how the infrastructure will assist infostructure in desiminating content which is relevant and useful to the people and nation. Maju mundur sesebuah Negara akan bergantung kepada knowledge development and connectivity of the rakyat within the country and internationally. What is proposed in the Global Islamic Digital Economy will be very relevant as one of the initiatives.

South Korea (96%), Brunei (95.3%),Jepun (93.8%), Taiwan (92.6%), Hong Kong (89.3%), Singapore (88.4%), Thailand (81.7%) and Malaysia (81.4%). There are 26,353,017 Malaysians connected as Internet users and 25,520,000 Facebook users.

There are 2,305,458,859 Internet users in Asia and 2,273,680,275 in the rest of the world giving Internet access to 4,574,150,134 users in the world. In these inclusive of demand and supply (the market). Figures as of 31/1/2020.

The backbone of our information and communication infrastructure must be concretised nationwide to reap benefits of digital developments, unity, prosperity and happiness. Whilst allowing private competition for better and affordable services, government must be able to control and monitor revenues and also regulate the terms and conditions. In other words, in strategic initiatives, government should have a golden share. Whilst free speech and personal rights are observed, the interests of the majority must be safeguarded against minority interests.

The post covid-19 era will see the influence of digital activities in many more areas. We must galvanise efforts to be at par with the goings on at the world stage in order not to be left behind. Whilst my generation may not be that articulate in the mega trends but I believe and confident that our younger generation are equally good if not better in aggressively participating in & for their future.

Saya telah memberikan pandangan saya terhadap catitan Y Bhg Dato Dr Haim diruang yang lain, idzin saya copykan disini.

Y Bhg Datuk Prof Haim Hilman Abdullah, I beg to differ. I am just thinking aloud. Not very sure whether I am right. I personally do not wish the future of the majority rakyat in Malaysia who are Muslims, Malays and Bumiputeras to be under a special ministry.

Hak dan keistimewaan Melayu dan Bumiputera wajib dimaju dan dibangunkan disemua Kementerian across the board. There must be the Muslim&Malay&Bumiputera content as an integral part of every Ministry towards Malaysia becoming a progressive developed nation.

The Prime Minister and his cabinet take charge and full responsibilty of this agenda. Its a national agenda. The development and prosperity of the Muslims & Malays & Bumiputeras is something which has been agreed upon and part and parcel of our constitution. The Policy and direction is concretised but very shy in implementation. The weakness is ourselves being apologetic for no good reason.

What I am trying to say is that pembangunan dan kemajuan Melayu dan Bumiputera is the responsibility of the whole Government and its Agencies and organisations. Should not minimise it into one ministry because depending on the personality and influence of the Minister, sometimes the other Ministries dont subdue.

Role of the Govt & Ministry

To get the states to agree and work together.
Establish Justice. ...
Insure domestic Tranquility. ...
Provide for the common defense. ...
Promote the general welfare. ...
And secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.

Pada fahaman saya, fungsi utama kerajaan adalah membuat dasar dan perancangan kewangan (budget) yang diluluskan oleh Parlimen untuk dilaksanakan oleh perkhidmatan awamnya, membentuk kementerian kementerian mengikut peranan dan fungsinya, diplomasi antarabangsa antara negara, pertahanan ketenteraan negara, menjaga keselamatan dan ketenteraman domestik negara, pentadbiran undang undang, keharmonian agama & kaum kaum, penyediaan utiliti dan perkhidmatan awam, tanggongjawab persekutuan kepada negeri negeri, menjana pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi, pelajaran & pendidikan, perkhidmatan kesihatan, kesejahteraan sosial & kebajikan rakyat, Sumber manusia/pekerjaan, kepentingan pengguna, menjaga alam sekitar dan kebahagian rakyat.

Pendapat peribadi saya, saya hendak pembelaan, pembangunan dan kemajuan Melayu/Bumiputera menjadi Ajenda Nasional Kerajaan yang dilaksanakan oleh Kerajaan dan semua kementerian serta badan dan ajensi nya yang diberi keutamaan oleh Perdana Menteri sendiri dan dibantu perlaksanaan dan pemantaun nya oleh seorang Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri. Ia merupakan perjuangan arus perdana dan bukan nya sampingan atau pun sesuatu yang khas. Perjuangan yang inklusif wajib diterima (acceptance) oleh rakyat Malaysia keturunan yang lain lain.

30 tahun dahulu, saya bersependapat dengan Dato Dr Haim, saya juga melaungkan agar ada Kementerian khas untuk Bumiputera, tapi kali ini saya harap bukan sebuah Kementerian tetapi seluruh kerajaan. Sekadar pandangan sahaja.

Syukur alhamdullilah dan terima kasih kpd Dato Dr Hasan Mad. To change the mindset and characteristics of the Malays we need to focus all of our energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

Kita dah ada Melayu Baru yang banyak yang terperangkap di "middle income". Ramai yang telah menjadi usahawan. Now time to unleash them to high income but we are faced with all the constraints of the present pandemic. If not back to zero or negative, a lot of casualties. Maybe its a blessing in disguise. Kita dikehendakki bangkit dengan cara baru. Diharapkan kumpulan ini akan menemui kaedah baru itu.

I am very fond of these two phrases:
1. From cradle to tomb and
2. Life long learning

Before we dont have the tools. We are not capable to mine data from respective bodies, agencies and institutions. We are also incapable in pushing data for consumption in planning, simulating and stratigising to an Intelligence command center (ICC) - if there is one, I am not aware. Info are kept a secret by the respective sources and census/survey (eg DOSM last economic census was in 2016) are not interactive & updated to be accurate, live and sustainable. Hopefully these are things of the past.

With the advancement of information communication technology (ICT) and the application of internet of things (IoT) and AI, Malaysia should have its Intelligence Command Center (ICC) by now for policy planning & Execution, Strategising population issues, defence and internal peace/security, economic issues, education and social issues (DOSM have some statistics but not all).

Liason and coordination with the states and local authorities and federal Ministries & agencies in implementing their digital programs is fundamental in establishing the ICC to good use. Body like MAMPU must be the enforcer and implementor & MDEC with Cyberjaya industries can support and facilitate.

One suggestion I put forward during our discussions towards Vision 2020 was the registration of new borns with Identity Card (IC) numbers. Previously you are issued the ID when you reach 12 years of age. Now it is implemented. With the smart chip embedded in these ICs and these chips are also communicable and valid for transactions, from womb to tomb, we will be able to have data for health, education, career guidance, household consumption, lifestyle, welfare services and happiness index.

With abundance of content, and now most are free, with a solid communication backbone and affordable internet access if not free, the lifelong learning can be streamed to every individual to turn them into knowledge beings. Not only as human beings but also being human.

Corruption, mismanagement, personal interests, loopholes, leakaged, weak SOPs are problems saddled with us. If not why are the majority of the Malays is in this status with Malay dominating the powers that be.

With ICC, we can eradicate corruption. Personnel in decision making positions (procurement, licencing, enforcement, politicians with positions and other related occupation) will be automatically tracked of their income and expenditure and also lifestyle. Abnormal behaviour and unjustified actions will be escalated to the hierarchy for swift investigation and intervention. Classified infotmation only made available to designated superiors authorised in the organisation chart. Those related in such positions or gaining employment will have to voluntarily put a bell around their neck. For such to be successful, the remuneration package must be sufficient to avoid thoughts to stray. Other incentives like transportation, housing, childrens education fund, paid holidays (or umrah/haj) can be considered. With cashless transactions except for some pettycash where purchases online or usage of cards not available, the petty cash limit is also regulated within their means and usage.

Whilst the above is applicable to Public Service, the private sector can also implement such voluntary exercise through the ICC (Intelligence Command Center) for a fee which can be revenue to government.

Abnormal income through family gifts, inheritance, husband or wife transactions are reported to superiors so that when unfavourable alarm is escalated, the abnormality has justification. It should fair, just and full proof.

Government had kindly announced help and assistance for SMEs during this pandemic. The obvious question will be whether bureucracy and red tape are hampering the goodies from reaching the target groups. Are our sole proprietors getting the much needed assistance and helped. They might be short changed because of their own weaknesses.

Data is available at LHDN when you register for taxation, at SSM when your company is registered and file annual returns, at KWSP when you contribute your workers EPF, at SOCSO when you contribute to social security. These information might be kept in silos and not integrated thereby verifying an applicant can be a problem and takes time. These govt agencies should have an Intelligent Command Center where information are mined and analysed for the respective programs of assistance.

The main problem will be enterprises who are not properly managed in terms of proper registration and annual returns (info not up to date). Large and medium enterprises are normally up todate. But small enterprises and sole proprietors normally lacks admin and accounting and reports.

Companies that are listed follow stringent rules and procedures. Sendirian Bhds will need to abide by SSM's requirement. The problem will be sole proprietors because they have registration but no returns. Only consolation is that to do business they need to have a licence and these are controlled by local authorities. It depends on the capability and readiness of PBTs (local govts) in their information system. Normally come under state affairs. Suggesting that the Ministry of Local Govt and housing have an information system incorporating all local govts like their housing system for the business licences at the respective towns and districts.

We do have a good infrastructure in ICT and wifi, what needs to be looked into is the infostructure (information structure).

Yes DDHM, it will be a major concern because peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and Sabah have coastal borders. No enforcement can safeguard such an extensive coast line.

If the Malaysian Identity card chip is interactive we should be able to manage Malaysians in their education, career and welfare. Tracking their locations through Tableau will be no problem.

So and so for legal migrants, special chip based passport should be able to track and monitor them. KDN did the pemutihan exercise but that did not resolve controlling them because their biometrics only done.

Our concern will be the illegals "pendatang tanpa izin". Sempena pandemic ini, program pemutihan boleh dilaksanakan sekali lagi tetapi pendaftaran itu biar lah berkesan agar pendatang pendatang ini yang ada guna nya untuk bantu guna tenaga ekonomi Malaysia boleh dikawal dan dikesan melalui chip yang interactive di pengenalan diri/permit mereka.

Ramai juga dikalangan mereka yang datang sebagai buruh telah jadi usahawan. If there is no vacuum, they cannot fill it. Jika usaha orang orang kita tidak setanding dengan survival mereka, wajar kah kita menidakkan pencarian rezeki dibumi Malaysia yang melimpah ruah dengan rezeki untuk direbut.

But the Govt must regulate what industries and tasks that can be permitted. Then again if our infostructure is solid, we should be able to carry out a win win matching. Wallah hualam bis shawab.

The goal encompasses improving north–south and South-South cooperation, and public-private partnerships which involve civil societies are specifically mentioned.

(ILDA) to activate agricultural activities for food security. Must have to powers to work on tanah adat, tanah rizab melayu dan tanah tanah yang sedang menunggu penyelesaian pesaka kecil atau besar. Akta penubuhan saperti UDA untuk tanah tanah Melayu di bandar tetapi akta ini untuk semua kawasan bandar dan luar bandar. Boleh diletak dibawah Majlis Raja Raja agar tanah wakaf juga boleh di usahakan mengikut syarat syarat nya.

The Malay Peninsular, Malaya dan Malaysia bertuah kerana mempunyai pemimpin pemimpin yang telah berjuang menentang penjajahan, memerdekakan negara, menentang ancaman kominis, menstruktur masyarakat, mengharungi ancaman kewangan, kegawatan ekonomi dan terkini wabak covid-19.

Pemimpin pemimpin ini semuanya akan di ingati sejarah. Ada yang harum nama nya walaupun telah disemadikan untuk beberapa ketika. Ada yang dicalar oleh kes mahkamah dan dipenjarakan tetapi kekal dikenang sebagai hero Melayu. Ada yang berparutkan nepotisma dan kronisma dan rakyat melihat dan mendengar serta merasai perbuatan mereka. Ada yang tumbang kerana dakyah politik dan fitnah. Ada juga yang telah sabit kesalahan dan menjalani hukuman dan mendapat pengampunan. Ada yang dikecam kerana pengaruh menantu dan lena menjalankan tugas. Ada yang dituduh merompak negara berbilion tanpa bukti. Ada yang menghasut dan terus menghasut. Ada yang gilakan jawatan dan ada juga yang tak sudah sudah merebut jawatan tanpa segan silu menjilat ludah sendiri dan berpakat dengan musuh untuk mencapai cita cita sehingga sanggup memunafikkan diri dengan menghalalkan cara. Bersubahat dengan musuh agama kerana kepentingan hawa nafsu dan tamak haloba.

Harimau mati meninggalkan belang, manusia mati meninggalkan nama. Pemimpin sesebuah organisasi dihurmati kerana beliau adalah insituisi kepimpinan organisasi itu. Sebagai individu dan insan biasa, penuh dengan kelemahan dan kekurangan. Ia nya kuat kerana didokong dan disokong oleh ahli ahli organisasi. Jika pimpinan nya bernas dan menepati tujuan dan matlamat organisasi, walaupun tidak berjawatan lagi akan tetap disayang dan dikenang jasanya. Kepentingan organisasi melebehi kepentingan diri dan sanggup korbankan diri untuk menjaga organisasi.

Ada juga pemimpin yang gunakan tempat dan kedudukkan untuk kepentingan dia sahaja tanpa menghiraukan keputusan organisasinya. Jika kepentingan nya tidak tercapai, dia bisa melompat dan bergaul dengan musuhnya asalkan niatnya dicapai. A rolling stone gathers no moss. (People who are always moving, with no roots in one place or another, avoid responsibilities and cares). Melacurkan dirinya, menghalalkan cara untuk capai matlamat peribadi, "a machiavelli or I would term it as a machia villain"

Ada juga pemimpin berkhidmat untuk negara dan rakyat secara ikhlas dan jujur tetapi lalai serta leka sehingga orang keliling dan orang lain dan ahli keluarga ambil kesempatan diatas kedudukkan mereka. Kita semua dapat melihat, membaca dan mendengar kisah kisah pemimpin dan kepimpinan mereka.

Merentas permasaalahan pandemik covid-19 dan kegawatan ekonomi yang akan melanda negara dan dunia, pemimpin yang macam mana kita perlukan? Kita tidak mempunyai masa untuk buat pilihan. Disyorkan kita berpadu, bersatu dan mengukuhkan kepimpinan yang ada untuk sama sama menyelamatkan rakyat dan negara. Jika pemimpin kita lemah kita kuatkan, jika pemimpin kita silap dan salah kita betulkan, jika pemimpin kita lupa kita ingatkan & jika pemimpin kita terlena kita kejutkan.

Satu peluang baru untuk pengusaha adalah perkhidmatan "disinfectant & sanitization" kenderaan, rumah, pejabat, kedai, pasaraya, kilang dan tempat awam.

Badan, Ajensi, Instituisi dan organisasi2 yang lain yang ditubuhkan oleh kerajaan sama ada dibawah akta atau tidak atau instrumen2 yang lain mempunyai tanggongjawab untuk melaksana dan mencapai tujuan dan matlamat Kerajaan.

Setiap mereka mempunyai dua badan yang akan bertanggongjawab. Satu lembaga Pengarah atau Ahli Majlis yang diketuai oleh Pengerusi dan kedua nya Pengurusan yang di ketuai oleh Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif atau CEO.

Pengerusi ahli lembaga wajar diwakili oleh ahli Parlimen kerana biasanya kerja kerja badan, ajensi, instituisi akan disoal di dalam Parlimen dan laporan laporan berkanun mereka juga akan dibentang diParlimen begitu juga dengan laporan audit mereka.

Kemajuan dan kejayaan badan, ajensi, instituisi dan organisasi2 itu selalu nya akan bergantung kepada pemisahan kuasa diantara Lembaga dan Pengurusan.

Lembaga menjaga DASAR, kawal dan pantau kemajuan serta pencapaian dan menentukan belanjawan nya, gaji kos dan pembelian asset alih dan tidak alih serta pelaburan dan lain2.

Pengurusan menterjemahkan dasar didalam perlaksanaan dan amanah serta dedikasi penoh didalam mencapai visi, misi tujuan dan matlamat.

Tidak salah orang politik khusus nya ahli parlimen dilantik kebadan badan, ajensi ajensi, insituisi instituisi serta organisasi organisasi Kerajaan. Kerana pertalian nya jelas sebagai ahli parlimen dan laporan badan, ajensi, insituisi dan organisasi itu yang dibentang keParlimen.

Bagaimana dengan fasilitas diStudio Merdeka Jalan Hulu Kelang dan kompleks diJalan Utara, PJ. Hope they play a prominent role in all these initiatives and ventures and how the local industry players can benefit from them.

Actually FINAS should own all the rights for all entertainments or share some incentives from Ananda Krishnan's monopoly. Then from the "cess fund" development of local film industry can be awarded grants and affordable financing facilities to avoid the syariah compliance issues with the banks.

It all boils down to the executive leadership of the organisation. The political elements can persuade on the policies and direction and debating and protecting it in Parliament to secure enough budget allocations.

The Drivers must be honest, sincere, responsible and knows driving the vehicle so that passengers will arrive safely to their destinations.

A proper select committee must conduct proper due deligence on these personalities before they are entrusted with the job whether politicians or professionals.

Internet penetration as percentage of population if studied will reflect how the infrastructure will assist infostructure in desiminating content which is relevant and useful to the people and nation. Maju mundur sesebuah Negara akan bergantung kepada knowledge development and connectivity of the rakyat within the country and internationally. What is proposed in the Global Islamic Digital Economy will be very relevant as one of the initiatives.

South Korea (96%), Brunei (95.3%),Jepun (93.8%), Taiwan (92.6%), Hong Kong (89.3%), Singapore (88.4%), Thailand (81.7%) and Malaysia (81.4%). There are 26,353,017 Malaysians connected as Internet users and 25,520,000 Facebook users.

There are 2,305,458,859 Internet users in Asia and 2,273,680,275 in the rest of the world giving Internet access to 4,574,150,134 users in the world. In these inclusive of demand and supply (the market). Figures as of 31/1/2020.

The backbone of our information and communication infrastructure must be concretised nationwide to reap benefits of digital developments, unity, prosperity and happiness. Whilst allowing private competition for better and affordable services, government must be able to control and monitor revenues and also regulate the terms and conditions. In other words, in strategic initiatives, government should have a golden share. Whilst free speech and personal rights are observed, the interests of the majority must be safeguarded against minority interests.

The post covid-19 era will see the influence of digital activities in many more areas. We must galvanise efforts to be at par with the goings on at the world stage in order not to be left behind. Whilst my generation may not be that articulate in the mega trends but I believe and confident that our younger generation are equally good if not better in aggressively participating in & for their future.

Y Bhg Datuk Prof Haim Hilman Abdullah, I beg to differ. I am just thinking aloud. Not very sure whether I am right. I personally do not wish the future of the majority rakyat in Malaysia who are Muslims, Malays and Bumiputeras to be under a special ministry.

Hak dan keistimewaan Melayu dan Bumiputera wajib dimaju dan dibangunkan disemua Kementerian across the board. There must be the Muslim&Malay&Bumiputera content as an integral part of every Ministry towards Malaysia becoming a progressive developed nation.

The Prime Minister and his cabinet take charge and full responsibilty of this agenda. Its a national agenda. The development and prosperity of the Muslims & Malays & Bumiputeras is something which has been agreed upon and part and parcel of our constitution. The Policy and direction is concretised but very shy in implementation. The weakness is ourselves being apologetic for no good reason.

What I am trying to say is that pembangunan dan kemajuan Melayu dan Bumiputera is the responsibility of the whole Government and its Agencies and organisations. Should not minimise it into one ministry because depending on the personality and influence of the Minister, sometimes the other Ministries dont subdue.

Role of the Govt & Ministry

To get the states to agree and work together.
Establish Justice. ...
Insure domestic Tranquility. ...
Provide for the common defense. ...
Promote the general welfare. ...
And secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.

Pada fahaman saya, fungsi utama kerajaan adalah membuat dasar dan perancangan kewangan (budget) yang diluluskan oleh Parlimen untuk dilaksanakan oleh perkhidmatan awamnya, membentuk kementerian kementerian mengikut peranan dan fungsinya, diplomasi antarabangsa antara negara, pertahanan ketenteraan negara, menjaga keselamatan dan ketenteraman domestik negara, pentadbiran undang undang, keharmonian agama & kaum kaum, penyediaan utiliti dan perkhidmatan awam, tanggongjawab persekutuan kepada negeri negeri, menjana pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi, pelajaran & pendidikan, perkhidmatan kesihatan, kesejahteraan sosial & kebajikan rakyat, Sumber manusia/pekerjaan, kepentingan pengguna, menjaga alam sekitar dan kebahagian rakyat.

Pendapat peribadi saya, saya hendak pembelaan, pembangunan dan kemajuan Melayu/Bumiputera menjadi Ajenda Nasional Kerajaan yang dilaksanakan oleh Kerajaan dan semua kementerian serta badan dan ajensi nya yang diberi keutamaan oleh Perdana Menteri sendiri dan dibantu perlaksanaan dan pemantaun nya oleh seorang Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri. Ia merupakan perjuangan arus perdana dan bukan nya sampingan atau pun sesuatu yang khas. Perjuangan yang inklusif wajib diterima (acceptance) oleh rakyat Malaysia keturunan yang lain lain.

Syukur alhamdullilah dan terima kasih kpd Dato Dr Hasan Mad. To change the mindset and characteristics of the Malays we need to focus all of our energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

Kita dah ada Melayu Baru yang banyak yang terperangkap di "middle income". Ramai yang telah menjadi usahawan. Now time to unleash them to high income but we are faced with all the constraints of the present pandemic. If not back to zero or negative, a lot of casualties. Maybe its a blessing in disguise. I am very fond of these two phrases:
1. From cradle to tomb and
2. Life long learning

Before we dont have the tools. We are not capable to mine data from respective bodies, agencies and institutions. We are also incapable in pushing data for consumption in planning, simulating and stratigising to an Intelligence command center (ICC) - if there is one, I am not aware. Info are kept a secret by the respective sources and census/survey (eg DOSM last economic census was in 2016) are not interactive & updated to be accurate, live and sustainable. Hopefully these are things of the past.

With the advancement of information communication technology (ICT) and the application of internet of things (IoT) and AI, Malaysia should have its Intelligence Command Center (ICC) by now for policy planning & Execution, Strategising population issues, defence and internal peace/security, economic issues, education and social issues (DOSM have some statistics but not all).

Liason and coordination with the states and local authorities and federal Ministries & agencies in implementing their digital programs is fundamental in establishing the ICC to good use. Body like MAMPU must be the enforcer and implementor & MDEC with Cyberjaya industries can support and facilitate.

One suggestion I put forward during our discussions towards Vision 2020 was the registration of new borns with Identity Card (IC) numbers. Previously you are issued the ID when you reach 12 years of age. Now it is implemented. With the smart chip embedded in these ICs and these chips are also communicable and valid for transactions, from womb to tomb, we will be able to have data for health, education, career guidance, household consumption, lifestyle, welfare services and happiness index.

With abundance of content, and now most are free, with a solid communication backbone and affordable internet access if not free, the lifelong learning can be streamed to every individual to turn them into knowledge beings. Not only as human beings but also being human.

Corruption, mismanagement, personal interests, loopholes, leakaged, weak SOPs are problems saddled with us. If not why are the majority of the Malays is in this status with Malay dominating the powers that be.

With ICC, we can eradicate corruption. Personnel in decision making positions (procurement, licencing, enforcement, politicians with positions and other related occupation) will be automatically tracked of their income and expenditure and also lifestyle. Abnormal behaviour and unjustified actions will be escalated to the hierarchy for swift investigation and intervention. Classified infotmation only made available to designated superiors authorised in the organisation chart. Those related in such positions or gaining employment will have to voluntarily put a bell around their neck. For such to be successful, the remuneration package must be sufficient to avoid thoughts to stray. Other incentives like transportation, housing, childrens education fund, paid holidays (or umrah/haj) can be considered. With cashless transactions except for some pettycash where purchases online or usage of cards not available, the petty cash limit is also regulated within their means and usage.

Whilst the above is applicable to Public Service, the private sector can also implement such voluntary exercise through the ICC (Intelligence Command Center) for a fee which can be revenue to government.

Abnormal income through family gifts, inheritance, husband or wife transactions are reported to superiors so that when unfavourable alarm is escalated, the abnormality has justification. It should fair, just and full proof.

Government had kindly announced help and assistance for SMEs during this pandemic. The obvious question will be whether bureucracy and red tape are hampering the goodies from reaching the target groups. Are our sole proprietors getting the much needed assistance and helped. They might be short changed because of their own weaknesses.

Data is available at LHDN when you register for taxation, at SSM when your company is registered and file annual returns, at KWSP when you contribute your workers EPF, at SOCSO when you contribute to social security. These information might be kept in silos and not integrated thereby verifying an applicant can be a problem and takes time. These govt agencies should have an Intelligent Command Center where information are mined and analysed for the respective programs of assistance.

The main problem will be enterprises who are not properly managed in terms of proper registration and annual returns (info not up to date). Large and medium enterprises are normally up todate. But small enterprises and sole proprietors normally lacks admin and accounting and reports.

Companies that are listed follow stringent rules and procedures. Sendirian Bhds will need to abide by SSM's requirement. The problem will be sole proprietors because they have registration but no returns. Only consolation is that to do business they need to have a licence and these are controlled by local authorities. It depends on the capability and readiness of PBTs (local govts) in their information system. Normally come under state affairs. Suggesting that the Ministry of Local Govt and housing have an information system incorporating all local govts like their housing system for the business licences at the respective towns and districts.

We do have a good infrastructure in ICT and wifi, what needs to be looked into is the infostructure (information structure).

Yes DDHM, it will be a major concern because peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and Sabah have coastal borders. No enforcement can safeguard such an extensive coast line.

If the Malaysian Identity card chip is interactive we should be able to manage Malaysians in their education, career and welfare. Tracking their locations through Tableau will be no problem.

So and so for legal migrants, special chip based passport should be able to track and monitor them. KDN did the pemutihan exercise but that did not resolve controlling them because their biometrics only done.

Our concern will be the illegals "pendatang tanpa izin". Sempena pandemic ini, program pemutihan boleh dilaksanakan sekali lagi tetapi pendaftaran itu biar lah berkesan agar pendatang pendatang ini yang ada guna nya untuk bantu guna tenaga ekonomi Malaysia boleh dikawal dan dikesan melalui chip yang interactive di pengenalan diri/permit mereka.

Ramai juga dikalangan mereka yang datang sebagai buruh telah jadi usahawan. If there is no vacuum, they cannot fill it. Jika usaha orang orang kita tidak setanding dengan survival mereka, wajar kah kita menidakkan pencarian rezeki dibumi Malaysia yang melimpah ruah dengan rezeki untuk direbut.

THE END OF THE MAHATHIR ERA - ONLY FUTILE ATTEMPTS TO GRAB POWER, WHICH WILL GRADUALLY REVEAL HIS TRUE SELF.

For twenty-two years, he moulded this nation into what it is today. Not everything he did was bad, but it is not what it seems. He had failed to make Malaysia realise its full and true potential.

But that is not his mortal sin. He had his human limitations. His sins were indeed human; greed for power and all that it can bring; the hypocrisy that normally accompany such bent; the personal ill-feelings and sense of ego that pushed him to pursue frivolous causes; and most of all, his firm belief that he was smarter than his peers.

A true national leader prepares his nation for the future, not destroys its national institutions that characterise and assure its consistency.

A true national leader helps prepare for a peaceful transition of leadership, not supress it in order to ensure his own longevity of rule, and be called back to rule because there’s no one influential enough!The generations of leaders-to-be were lost in the wait for his mediocre sons to continue a dynasty, when he hopefully dies in office!

A good national leader focuses on nation-building, not prefers to divide and rule a multi-racial nation. Even in the best of times, he invokes racial sentiments to remain relevant. Today, he is beaten in this game by his own bosom buddy!

It is pathetic now to see him jump around seeking his true racial support. He needs Non-Malay support for an initial win, but he needs Malay support for the long run. Nothing wrong with that. Just don’t bad-mouth them as and when it is opportune to you. People do have long memories! If they tolerate your hypocrisy, it’s because they have their own reasons!

A good national leader instil values of hard-work and an honest life-style among his political supporters. Not create monsters that are coming back to haunt him with the very values that he had taught them.

A good leader‘s vision is not myopic and not limited to the length of his own legacy. That is why his involvement is unnecessarily lengthy, until he overstays his welcome. And age does show at ninety-five!

It follows that a good leader knows when to quit, or his family will whisper the appropriate to him. Not this family.

So, for the length of time of the rule of two PMs he sat by the sidelines giving orders, mostly about his and his family‘s enormous hidden holdings! Until one day, maybe one monster gave him the finger and proceeded to ‘lawan taukeh‘!

Malaysians are beginning to see Dr Mahathir for what he truly is. It remains for him to make his destined final boo-boo during this period of his desperate comeback, to seal the rakyat‘s belated judgement of his rule!

God operates in mysterious ways. He disposes while Dr Mahathir only proposes.

Pakatan Harapan’s Tired And Outdated Rhetoric

In essence, that message above sums up the DAP-led Pakatan Harapan’s political strategy. Allege that the Perikatan Nasional government is a racist Malay government and that Malaysia practices “institutionalised racism”. That will make the non-Malays hate the Malays and 97% of the non-Malays will vote for Pakatan Harapan.

THE CORRIDORS OF POWER

Many who used to be hardcore and diehard Pakatan Harapan supporters since way back in the 1980s (even before the opposition coalition was called Pakatan Harapan) are very tired of their outdated and empty rhetoric and broken promises. It is very apparent that Pakatan Harapan is nothing but hot air.
For more than 30 years the opposition has been hammering away at the government using a single strategy: allegations and accusations. Rasuah, salah guna kuasa, institutionalised racism, no democracy, no civil liberties, etc. This was and still is the mantra of the opposition.
Since the time of Tun Razak Hussein, Malaysians have been hearing about how bad the Umno-led Barisan Nasional government is. But Malaysia continued to progress and prosper and most people were more concerned about their livelihoods than about “western values” that meant very little to the man/woman in the kampung.
No doubt, urbanites (who did not need to worry about putting food on the table) could afford the luxury of good governance, human rights and civil liberties. However, to many Malaysians who are only concerned with bread and butter issues, this upper-middle class might as well have been discussing the impact of the Renaissance on art and culture in Europe.
At the end of the day, especially against the backdrop of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, it has to be “back to basics”. And this is what the Perikatan Nasional government and Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin are focusing on. We shall never see Malaysia return to normalcy. And we do not even know what “new normal” is really going to look like.
Pakatan Harapan wants to stir Malaysians to rise up and revolt à la the Arab Spring (actually, this is Anwar Ibrahim’s dream). That is wishful thinking, of course. All the revolutions in history were stirred not by rhetoric and empty election promises but by hungry stomachs. The day the people begin to starve will be the day the government is ousted. And that is the reality of how things work in this world.
What Pakatan Harapan appears to have forgotten is that lives and livelihoods matter. What’s the use of so-called “western values” like in the US or UK where 50 million people are unemployed, millions are homeless and sleeping on the streets (and die from cold), and 180,000 have died from Covid-19 (US-UK combined) and the figures are still rising?

In the past week or so, few people have either posted on or messaged me on LinkedIn about Malaysia’s “institutionalised racism”.
And I keep telling them. Yes. It’s about race. But it isn’t about the government. It’s all Malaysians. People parade around as if it’s the Malays who are at fault. I said look at Chinese. They pretty much segregate themselves into their own “superior” education system and hire Mandarin speakers only. Indians insist on their own education and still practice caste-based identification. An Indian guy cannot rent a place because many races won’t rent to Indians. Some won’t rent to Malays. Others won’t rent to Chinese.
So you see why bother blaming the “Malay” government when in everyday life people are inherently racist? I remember when I first moved back to KL five years ago, I had to pretend I was an expat and show my white wife so I can rent a property in KL.
When I bring these things up these same people who claim institutional racism keep quiet or walk away. When I ask about what racism they are talking about – they keep repeating the 10% Bumi discount.
So are you telling me that as soon as that discount is available for everyone, you will bloody shut up? How can you equate a white cop pushing his knee on a black man’s neck until he cannot breathe and dies with 10% bumi discount? But, yes, apparently Malaysia practices apartheid.
Hello mangkuk! Even our gangsters are so kind as to separate themselves into Malay, Chinese and Indian gangs with their own locations OK! If that is not racist I don’t know what is.
If tomorrow the government decides to shut down all the racially polarised schools and communities most of you will shit blood and demand back those segregated systems! You know you would! Don’t lie!
So, don’t come fooking telling me that Malaysia has institutionalised racism. Tell the truth.  What you really mean is you don’t like a Malay government. You don’t like Malay kings. You don’t like Malay language. If Victoria was the Queen of Malaysia, you will all love it so much and still struggle to speak English properly, you lazy little fooks.
We all know that unlike other countries like Australia where the “orang asal” have all but been decimated by white people, Malaysia is one of the few countries in the world where they are still the majority. And we don’t even demand you all speak one language like Indonesia where even the Chinese only speak Bahasa.
Here you can speak fifty different lingos and we still embrace it because you won’t find another country that is willing to put up with your shit (by shit, I mean Melayu, Cina and India excrement) like Malaysia.
OK la, some of us are pendatang. Embrace it la. You want to sit in an education system coming from another country but then shit your pants when called pendatang. But then you migrate to Australia and are proud to be called migrant (pendatang).
So, yes, Malaysia is a racist country. We have racist practices because all you fooking turnips are bloody racist. And that’s why you have a racist government that divides everything by race.

Dr. Mahathir Bukan Seorang Penyelamat Tetapi Seorang Penipu?

Dalam satu temuramah dengan BFM Radio, Lin See Yan mengatakan bahawa Dr. Mahathir bukanlah seorang penyelamat yang mampu menyelamatkan ekonomi Malaysia sekarang tetapi bagi beliau Dr. Mahathir adalah seorang penipu.

Mungkin ada yang persoalkan kredibiliti TS Lin See Yan, mantan Timbalan Gabenor Bank Negara Malaysia yang juga seorang pakar ekonomi lulusan dari Universiti Harvard.

Tapi kita diajar oleh Rasulullah SAW untuk tidak melihat siapa yang berkata tetapi mendengar apa yang dikatakannya.

Apakah benar apa yang didakwa oleh mantan Timbalan Gabenor BNM tu?

Cuba kita lihat realiti yang berlaku ke atas Malaysia sekarang.

Tarikan pelabur asing ke atas sesebuah negara bergantung pada pelbagai faktor dan antara faktor yang terpenting ialah keyakinan pelabur tersebut pada kepimpinan negara tersebut.

Sejak mula menjadi Perdana Menteri ke 7, TIDAK ADAwalau satu sen pelaburan asing dapat dibawa masuk oleh Dr. Mahathir atau menteri-menteri beliau.

Malah pelabur asing yang sebelum ini melabur di Malaysia telah membawa keluar pelaburan mereka dan Malaysia menjadi negara yang paling banyak di bawa keluar pelaburan oleh pelabur asing.

Sebagai kuasa ekonomi dunia yang baru, negara China merupakan antara pelabur asing yang besar di Malaysia tetapi sejak Pakatan Harapan menjadi kerajaan, bukan saja tidak ada pelaburan baru dari China malah pelaburan yang sedia ada di Malaysia telah dibawa keluar.

Kemarahan China pada Malaysia berpunca dari keputusan kerajaan Pakatan Harapan dibawah pimpinan Dr. Mahathir mengumumkan pembatalan semua projek mega antara Malaysia dan China yang telah dipersetujui oleh kerajaan Barisan Nasional yang terdahulu dan juga sikal biadab Dr. Mahathir yang menuduh kerajaan China sebagai penjajah baru dalam bidang ekonomi.


Singapura merupakan negara pelabur asing yang kedua terbesar di Malaysia tetapi kerana sikap Dr. Mahathir yang kurang bijak dalam menangani isu air dan persempadanan ruang udara dan maritim antara Malaysia dan Singapura (BACA DI SINI), mereka telah menarik balik pelaburan mereka secara perlahan-lahan sebagai tanda protes.

India negara kuasa ekonomi ketiga dunia dan juga pengimpot kedua terbesar kelapa sawit Malaysia selepas China telah mengambil keputusan untuk mengalihkan perhatian kepada Indonesia kerana marah dengan sikap campurtangan Dr. Mahathir dalam dasar luar negara India dengan Pakistan dalam isu Kashmir.

Yang pasti mendapat laba dari kemarahan India terhadap Dr. Mahathir sudah pasti Indonesia.

Indonesia mendapat keuntungan berganda dari China dan India atas sikap campurtangan dan keras kepala Dr. Mahathir.

Bangsa Yahudi yang menguasai 7 dari 10 dana terbesar dunia juga hilang keyakinan terhadap kerajaan Malaysia di bawah kepimpinan Dr. Mahathir?

Satu perkembangan yang menarik tetapi amat memalukan kerajaan Malaysia ialah, sewaktu berlakunya protes rakyat ke atas kerajaan Hong Kong, taikun-taikun perniagaan di Hong Kong enggan memindahkan kira-kira 600 bilion duit mereka ke Malaysia tetapi memindahkannya ke Singapura dan bila ditanya mengapa, dengan tegas mereka mengatakan :

SIAPA YANG BOLEH PERCAYA PADA DR. MAHATHIR?

Ini bukanlah satu persepsi tetapi ianya adalah satu realiti dan menjadi perbualan hangat di Singapura.

Malaysia semakin menuju ke arah kemusnahan ekonomi berskala besar dan sebab utama adalah kerana ketidakcekapan dan kelemahan Dr. Mahathir menangani isu-isu yang berkaitan ekonomi dan hubungan luar negara.

Jelas, Dr. Mahathir BUKAN seorang yang boleh menyelamatkan ekonomi Malaysia seperti yang beliau sendiri dakwa tetapi Dr. Mahathir sebenarnya adalah seorang pemusnah ekonomi Malaysia.

Ibarat musang yang berbulu ayam, Dr. Mahathir bijak berpura-pura dengan watak penyelamat yang prihatin dengan keadaan negara dan rakyat Malaysia tetapi hakikatnya Dr. Mahathir adalah seorang pemusnah yang sangat licik menipu!!!

Eyeing MPT Bersatu's decisons

MPT Bersatu sokong Muhyiddin sebagai pemangku Pengerusi dan Perdana Menteri

KUALA LUMPUR: Mesyuarat Majlis Pimpinan Tertinggi (MPT) Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) yang berlangsung malam tadi bersetuju mengiktiraf Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin sebagai pemangku Pengerusi parti itu.

Setiausaha Agung parti Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin dalam satu kenyataan hari ini berkata, pengiktirafan itu selaras Fasal 16.9 Perlembagaan Bersatu.

Jelasnya, klausa itu terpakai susulan peletakan jawatan Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad sebagai pengerusi parti itu pada 24 Februari lalu.

Dalam pada itu, Hamzah berkata, MPT juga bersetuju menyokong Muhyiddin sebagai Perdana Menteri ke-8 selepas dilantik Yang Dipertuan Agong berlandaskan Perlembagaan Persekutuan.

“Selain daripada itu, mesyuarat MPT juga mengesahkan bahawa keputusan untuk Bersatu keluar daripada Pakatan Harapan (PH) telah dimuktamadkan pada mesyuarat MPT bertarikh 23 Feb 2020.

"Dan, pengumuman rasmi yang dibuat Muhyiddin selaku pemangku Pengerusi pada 24 Februari adalah sah dan teratur,” katanya lagi.

Dalam kenyataan itu, Hamzah turut memaklumkan, keputusan Bersatu keluar dari PH adalah sah dan telah dimuktamadkan pada mesyuarat MPT bertarikh 23 Feb 2020.

Eksklusif : Konspirasi Penggubahan Wang Haram Dalam Armada Bersatu?

Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) telah menahan, Rafiq Hakimi Razali, Bendahari Angkatan Bersatu Anak Muda (Armada), bagi membantu siasatan berhubung kes kehilangan wang Ahli Parlimen Muar Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman Mac lalu.

Penahanan Bendahari Armada Bersatu dijangka akan mendedahkan konspirasi penggubahan wang haram dan rasuah yang lebih besar lagi membabitkan kutipan derma orang ramai kepada Armada Bersatu.

Ada beberapa kesimpulan yang boleh dibuat dari penahanan ini.

Pertama, SPRM tidak menemui sebarang bukti yang boleh menyokong keterangan Syed Saddiq bahawa wang RM250,000 yang dilaporkan hilang Mac lalu adalah dari sumber keluarga beliau.

Ini menyebabkan mereka beralih kepada pihak lain yang dipercayai menjadi sumber wang tersebut.

Kedua, dengan penahanan ini siasatan juga bukan lagi sekadar kehilangan wang RM250,000 yang dilaporkan Syed Saddiq pada Mac lalu. Ia mungkin membabitkan jutaan kutipan derma yang diterima oleh Armada Bersatu sejak 2018.

Menurut sumber siasatan juga  membabitkan transaksi ke dalam akaun peribadi Amanah Saham Bumiputera milik salah seorang pemimpin Armada. Kami tidak dapat mendedahkan nama pemimpin terbabit buat masa ini.

Ketiga, SPRM dijangka menumpukan siasatan kepada salah guna kuasa, penggubahan wang haram dan rasuah yang membabitkan pengurusan dana dan kutipan derma anjuran Armada Bersatu.

Jika SPRM belum mempunyai maklumat mereka perlu menyiasat syarikat Armada Bumi Bersatu Enterprise dengan nombor pendaftaran 002605736-W.

Sejak beberapa tahun lalu Armada Bersatu melakukan kutipan derma dan dana melalui akaun syarikat ini atas alasan membangtu rakyat dan menguruskan program parti. Tinjauan di Facebook Armada Bersatu mendapati hampir ke semua program kutipan sumbangan menggunakan akaun syarikat ini.

Carian Suara TV melalui Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) mendapati Armada Bumi Bersatu Enterprise telah didaftarkan atas nama Rafiq Hakim bin Razali. Adalah dipercaya Rafiq Hakim dalam syarikat ini adalah individu yang sama dengan yang ditangkap SPRM semalam.

Apa yang menarik syarikat ini telah tamat pendaftaran pada 3 JANUARI 2018 tetapi masih mengutip sumbangan dan derma menggunakan akaun syarikat terbabit.

Berdasarkan akaun Facebook Armada Bersatu, mereka masih menggunakan akaun syarikat yang ditutup ini pada 2019 (lihat tangkap layar akaun mereka di bawah).

Justeru tangkapan para pemimpin Armada Bersatu ini bukan sekadar ‘mainan politik’ seperti laporan Malaysiakini.com. Ia sesuatu yang mempunyai fakta-fakta jelas memerlukan siasatan mendalam SPRM.

Kutipan wang menggunakan akaun syarikat yang telah diisytiharkan tutup sejak 2018, transaksi yang meragukan ke dalam akaun individu tertentu dan kehilangan suku juta ringgit tunai dari rumah seorang menteri bukanlah cerita dongeng membina persepsi politik.

Eyeing Najib's response on Mahathir's jabs

Secara jujur, saya tak gemar usik hal orang lain - terutamanya orang yang pernah ada jasa pada saya dan lebih tua berbanding saya.

Setiap pemimpin negara juga pernah ada jasa pada negara.

Akan tetapi, kini dunia dan Malaysia menghadapi krisis yang paling teruk sejak 100 tahun dahulu.

Ramai yang sudah hilang kerja dan ramai akan hilang kerja.

Satu-persatu industri utama kita lumpuh.

Ramai juga yang telah sakit dan nyawa kita diancam.

Namun, ada pihak yang masih menjadikan rebutan kuasa sebagai keutamaan mereka.

Mahu heret seluruh negara dalam permainan mereka pada masa Covid ini.

Walaupun YDP Agong sudah tegur dalam sidang parlimen semalam, mereka tetap tak hirau.

Terus membuat sidang media bersama Guan Eng dan Mat Sabu lagi sebaik sahaja parlimen selesai dan sebaik sahaja YDP Agong memberi amaran.

(Kali ini, Anwar dan PKR lebih bijak kerana mereka tak mahu join sidang media tersebut)

Siap gunakan nama saya kenapa dia mahu buat usul tidak percaya.

Fitnah-fitnah terhadap saya pun tak pernah berhenti.

Dia yang sendiri letak jawatan. Dia juga yang mahu rebut semula jawatan yang dia sendiri letak jawatan pada masa Covid mula mengancam.

Kerajaan dia yang gagal mengawal Covid.

Yang lawan amaran WHO.

Gagal haramkan perhimpunan besar siap naik belon.

Gagal halang pelancong asing.

Gagal naikkan kapasiti saringan Covid.

Sebab itu, Rakyat terpaksa berkurung dua bulan. Jutaan yang hilang mata pendapatan.

Apabila keadaan wabak reda sedikit atas pengorbanan satu Malaysia, mereka muncul kembali untuk rebut kuasa.

Kalau dah dua kali jadi PM, kalau dah begitu gagal dalam masa 22 bulan yang lalu, kenapa masih mahu ganggu dan ancam kestabilan kerajaan dengan permainan politik pada masa kita perlu lawan impak ekonomi sedunia akibat krisis Covid?

Saya ada banyak lagi cerita-cerita jika mahu dibongkarkan.

Cerita syarikat kapal terbang, cerita KLCC, cerita Pantai Hospital dan konsesi kerajaan, cerita seseorang hancurkan seluruh industri utama negara, cerita orang hadiahkan berpuluh buah kereta kepada mereka, cerita pemilik syarikat kapal terbang, cerita asal-usul PLUS, cerita curi saham-saham bumiputra, cerita arahan runding terus untuk jayakan IPO sesebuah syarikat, cerita 480 syarikat milik keluarga sesuatu dan lain-lain lagi.

Cerita kucing bernilai ratusan ribu Ringgit pun ada.

Tapi saya rasa sudah cukup buat masa ini.

Kerajaan hari ini dan Rakyat perlu tumpukan seluruh tenaga kita untuk menghadapi krisis pandemic yang satu dunia sedang menghadapi.
